- Website and social channel links.
- Services, available copy, photographs and completed projects.
- A few references, with a note on what works for you.

## 3. The scope
- Required languages: Russian, English or Arabic.
- Platforms, formats and systems that need to work together.
- Your preferred start date and deadline.
- An indicative budget and the people available on your side.

## 4. What happens next
We clarify the brief, agree the next stage and prepare a scope, timeline and estimate. If a closer review is needed first, we can start with a separate audit.

Do not put passwords, private client data or access keys in the brief. We agree a separate method for sharing access.
