Enquiry information

We receive your contact, selected task, website link and any optional details. We also save the language, source page, service, time and reference. Link parameters and fragments are removed. Advertising tags and referring domains are not attached to new enquiries.

Your choice

The checkbox is initially unchecked. It authorises processing this enquiry to respond and discuss the project. We save the notice version, purpose and time of consent with the enquiry. This is not a marketing subscription. To withdraw consent or request deletion, contact us with your reference.

Storage and email

The enquiry is saved in Cloudflare D1 on the Sites platform. Its contents are passed through FormSubmit to hello@beizstudio.com, then forwarded by Cloudflare Email Routing to Gmail. The on-screen reference confirms storage, not email delivery. No CRM is connected yet.

Technical information

Hosting providers process network requests, including IP addresses and browser information. A temporary derivative of the IP address and hourly window limits repeated submissions. The raw IP is not included in the enquiry record. Expired limits are cleared on a subsequent request.

Retention and requests

A uniform automatic deletion period for enquiries and email copies is not configured yet. Until it is, deletion is handled on request. You can request access, correction or deletion and withdraw consent, subject to applicable requirements. Exact processing regions and international transfer arrangements with providers are still being clarified and will be added.

Responsibility

The current operator and correspondence address below are left unfilled. The future company is not presented as the current operator. Use BEIZ’s public contacts for questions about your data.
