What’s included.
- 01An agreed subject and set of questions
- 02Review of materials and available data
- 03Prioritised issues and recommendations
- 04Next-step plan and implementation estimate
Define the question
An audit can focus on your website, advertising account or content system. Before starting, we agree the subject, your questions and the available data. A promise to check everything rarely leads to a useful decision.
Separate symptoms from causes
We record the observation, evidence and possible cause. Missing data is flagged explicitly. Low enquiry numbers may involve the ad, the offer, the page, the form or how requests are handled.
Set priorities
Every recommendation explains what to change, why, what it takes and how to check the result. We distinguish quick fixes, structural changes and hypotheses that still need testing.
Agree the next step
You receive a plan and an estimate for possible implementation. Continue with BEIZ or use the findings with your own team. The 3–5 day timeframe applies to an agreed audit scope once the required materials and access are available.

Common
questions.
Do we need to commit to further work?
No. The audit is a standalone stage. You decide how to implement the recommendations afterwards.
What access do you need?
It depends on the subject: website and content links, analytics data or an agreed level of account access. Do not put personal passwords in the brief.
Why 3–5 days?
This is the audit timeframe in the BEIZ offer. We agree the precise scope and start date after receiving the necessary materials.
