A shooting day starts at AED 2,500 for up to eight hours on location, including setup and wrap. Editing is quoted separately. Travel outside Dubai and equipment hire are separate estimate items. The total depends on preparation, location requirements and the list of finished assets.
The day rate defines time on location. We agree photograph and video counts around scenes, participants, setup changes and processing. Before confirming the shoot, we need a list of the files you expect to receive.
What should a production estimate itemise?
Compare the same scope: time on location, what must be filmed and the final files to deliver. A day rate and a finished-video price answer different questions. Our proposal separates shooting, post-production and any required additional expenses so you can see how the overall scope is priced.

One example brief could cover a service at one location, website photographs and vertical social videos. We first agree the scene and output counts, then estimate the shoot and processing. This is an example for preparing a brief, not a fixed package or an asset allowance.
When should a shoot be part of SMM?
When you need new assets and publishing every month, shooting can be planned within social media management. Start at AED 6,940 a month includes half a shooting day; Growth at AED 9,880 includes one day; Max at AED 15,000 includes two days, ad creative shoots and photography.
Compare the complete scope and monthly outputs in our SMM packages. A one-off shooting day and monthly social media management cover different work; comparing only shooting hours leaves out much of the monthly service.
What should you send for a quote?
Share the task, location and intended publication date. Tell us who or what will appear, when the location is available and which photographs and videos you need. List vertical and horizontal versions, languages, subtitles and any approval deadlines separately.
For product photography, include a product list and required views. If an interview has already been recorded, share the sources for a podcast editing estimate: we review the files before pricing the edit. A new shoot may not be needed.

Is this a shoot price or studio rental?
It covers the team's work on business photography and video. We can film at a salon, clinic, showroom or another agreed Dubai location. Hourly hire of an empty studio or pavilion is not included. If a hired location is needed, we agree its terms and cost separately.
Which projects help explain the scope?
For Acting Gym, we synchronised three camera recordings with a separate audio recording, assembled a multicamera edit and processed the sound. The conversation became 51 vertical clips across 17 themes, with different openings and a publication order. The episode was delivered in horizontal and vertical versions. What is agreed before work and handed over afterwards?
Before starting, we agree the file list, first-version and final-delivery dates, revision rounds and feedback process. Raw-file and working-project handover and retention periods are discussed separately. You provide music with suitable rights, or its licence becomes a separate estimate item.

There is no universal count. It depends on scenes, participants, setup changes and processing. We approve the final file list first, then check what can be filmed within the agreed time.
Can we commission editing of existing footage only?
Yes. Share the original video, audio and required versions. After reviewing the files, we agree the price, schedule and revisions. The shooting-day rate does not apply to an editing-only commission.
