Choose the route around the material you already have. A new shoot needs a scene list and a location. For product photography, we list products, views and compositions. For podcast editing, we first review existing footage and audio. Recurring production and publishing can be planned with social media management.

How does photo and video production work?

Before going on location, we agree the task, asset list, estimate and approval process. The edit and photo selection are then reviewed against that brief. This makes it clear when your staff need to be available, which products to prepare and who signs off the work.

1. Brief and purpose. We discuss the audience, product, placements and delivery deadline. We identify essential shots and constraints.
2. Concept and plan. We prepare a script or scene list, visual references and final deliverables. Photo and video requirements are listed separately.
3. Location preparation. We confirm access, schedule, participants, objects in frame and sound conditions. We agree additional costs and who handles each preparation task.
4. Shoot. We follow the approved plan, check the essential shots and allow time for setup, changes and wrap.
5. Edit and process. We assemble the agreed versions, work on sound and colour, and prepare photographs, titles and subtitles within the brief. The person approving the project provides one consolidated feedback list.
6. Check and deliver. We review content, formats and the complete file list. Approved files are delivered with clear names; raw files and working projects are included where agreed.

Preparation, first cut, revision and delivery dates are confirmed after the brief. Timing depends on the scope, participant availability and the time needed for approvals.

How much does production cost in Dubai?

A shooting day starts at AED 2,500 for up to eight hours on location, including setup and wrap. Editing is quoted separately. Travel outside Dubai and equipment hire are separate lines in the estimate. The day rate does not promise the same number of finished videos or photographs for every project.

The full budget depends on:

• concept, script and shot list preparation;
• number of scenes, products, participants and locations;
• time on location and additional expenses;
• final photographs, videos and adaptations;
• editing, sound, colour work and retouching requirements;
• subtitles, language versions, third-party licences and revision rounds.

The proposal lists the selected scope. Location hire, models, props and music licences are not included by default. Our production cost guide explains the shooting day and additional expenses in more detail.

How do we prepare a shoot at your premises?

For a salon, clinic, office or showroom shoot, we first agree a schedule around the working day. We check when staff are available, which areas can be used and which processes can be filmed. This helps us show the real business while keeping the location organised.

Prepare products and packaging, work surfaces, participants' clothing and current brand materials. If customers or visitors will appear, we agree their participation and the publication approval process in advance. Location access, any required permissions and the people responsible for them are discussed before confirming the shoot.

Work outside Dubai is agreed separately, including travel. We produce content at the selected location; this service does not include hourly rental of an owned photo studio.

Can one shoot deliver several formats?

We plan the versions before filming: a horizontal website video, vertical clips, photographs and covers require different framing. Text space, movement and sound all affect the plan. A wide shot cannot always be cropped into a useful vertical video or turned into a separate photograph of the required quality.

For advertising, different openings and endings can be planned where included in the brief. For interviews, short extracts are selected from the substance of the recording. We agree the number of versions, languages and text checks in advance, including native-speaker review when an Arabic version is commissioned.

What work can you review?

The production portfolio shows lighting, composition, movement and processing across complete series. Each story credits its author and contribution. Use the work to choose a visual approach; historical portfolio work should not be assumed to have been filmed in Dubai because that is where this service is offered.

These examples show specific production outcomes. They do not define an asset allowance per shooting day or promise the same views or sales for another project.

How are the finished assets approved?

Approval starts with the agreed deliverable list. We check that the required products and processes appear, names and text are correct, and the files match the selected formats. Feedback is collected in one list, referring to the file or video time, so everyone works from the same revision notes.

Before final delivery, we check:

• number of photographs, videos and additional versions;
• legibility of titles, subtitles, packaging and important details;
• sound, colour and the agreed processing style;
• proportions, duration and technical file requirements;
• agreed uses of music and third-party materials.

Revision rounds are specified in the proposal. A new script, additional shots or versions outside the brief are agreed separately. Raw files, working projects and retention periods are discussed before work starts. We do not have an included licensed music library: you provide music with agreed rights, or a licence is added to the estimate.

What should you send for a quote?

Send a description of the business, the purpose of the material and examples of the presentation you like. Add the shoot location, participants or product list, required formats and the date you plan to use the assets. Mention any existing recordings, scripts or brand materials.
